Hey guys here's the skinny my wrk schd is crazy i wrk 2wks on 2wks off. While @ wrk my days are 12hr shifts not much time to eat or hit the gym. But days off im n the gym everyday.im gona b runin dbol 10mg for 6wks is thr any suggestins on wht i should stack with it?
 
NOTHING!!!

You donot have the knowledge to use AAS safely!
I know it may sound harsh but i can tell this from the fact you think you will grow with:

working out every day- WRONG
workingout 2 on then 2 weeks off- WRONG
taking 10mg dbol every day- WRONG
not having time to eat at work??- WRONG
oral only cycle- WRONG (in my oppinion)

you need to do alot of reading before you EVEN THINK of steroids. if the other stuff is nto right your not gonan grow! on OR off steroids!!

you need to read the newbie section.
also whats yaour stats?? like: age,lbs, BF% years trainning?? ect.??

do not use steroids now!

this is a few pointers but you need to keep reading.
tips:
*bring a few "HOME MADE" protein waight gainer drinks to work in some empty water bottles. (I will give you a linke and recipe i use at bottem)

* Work out only 3-4 days every week, (every other day!)

* work out a certian muscle ONLY 1-2 times every week!

*a basic split of work outs:
monday- biceps and delts/shoulders
tues- OFF
WED- chest and abs
thurs- OFF
fri- Triceps and back
sat- OFF
sun- Legs
-REPEAT-

waight gainer smoothy for 2 water bottles blend:
2 bananas
1handfull frozen berrys
4 tbs peanutbutter
2 scoops of oatmeal
1 scoop of dextrose (bulk barn for cheap)
4-5 scoops of protein powder (will give you link at end for a nice one)
fill up with milk or soya milk and blend fill 2 500ml bottles and bring to work!!

drink that every day it will give you about an extra 1400cals ed and alot of protein and carbs and GOOD fats.

Ur totally right i do need alot more research. which i will do im on this site everyday allday thnx 4the link im def gna hit it up.i do no with my job the stuffs not the way to go for the fact i cant devote myself so thr 4im nevr gna keep the gains. Thnx for the advice
