Need advice

Hi to all,

I just want to know wats the next step after D-bol.. I done a 6 week cycle and found no help at all and wanna bulk up big time.. I dont really wanna do the injectable steroids but if i have to i will.. My diet is perfect i got a diet plan of the net thats helping alot but taking to long to get big ive got to the stage were i cant get bigger without the help of something.. want to get big really quick.. Thanks folks
 
Dbol is the next step. you just miseed it first time around.

for some one new to this they need to get over the fear of needles.
so not to harp on you about doing just an oral.
but you should do an injectable test cycle only and have a post cycle therapy (pct) plan set up.
if you dont know what post cycle therapy (pct) is research please.
also to get more help list age weight trainning anything that will help us figure you out.
 
Dobby-Cyto is completely right. Also, injectables are going to be safer for your body than orals. That is the main reason why I switched from orals to injectables (to save my liver and Kidneys). Pinning is very easy when done properly (and most of the time PAINLESS).

On a good diet eating every 2 hours or so
Im 6 foot 1 and im 12 stone
Any good advice for me
Im only really doing it a couple of months and sick of getting no where in size if ya get me

You may be eating every two hours but are you getting enough calories to grow? My guess is that you are not if you are not putting on any size. My advice would be to eat more. A little trick I've learned is to wake up in the middle of the night and go to the fridge and have a shake waiting for you in there and chug it and go back to bed. Trust me on this....add this to your regular eating and you will gain some weight. I use something like Cytogainer that has a lot of carbs and protein.

As Teutonic states, go to a test only cycle for your first go round. You've got plenty of time to work your way up to using other compounds. Also, it would be very helpful to have your stats and what your diet looks like on a regular day. I'm not sure what 12 stone is.
 
12 stone is 168 pounds..

So a ill try a test cycle first.. I may do my reseach now.. I dont know wat to take there s so much out there can u give me a name of the best supplement which would help me best.. Im only on whey gainer right now..

You can definitely gain more weight naturally bro. It's a waste of juice at this point IMO if you go on a cycle. I'm just being honest and hope you respect that and don't take it the wrong way. The best stuff that I happen to like and use regularly is Cytosport "Cytogainer". Add in several shakes throughout the day on top of your regular meals. Make sure to keep your training intensity up. When your bulking, you're bulking. Don't get discouraged if you can't see your abs when bulking. It's difficult to lean bulk. I personally can't do it. What do you eat on a typical day? Break it down for us.

Come home to a bowl of pasta and have a shake and a yoghurt and some nuts.. about 12 id have 2 tuna sandwichs with yoghurt and nuts with a pint of milk.. 3 id have a shake and maybe some thing like ceral or a piece of chiken.. 5 o clock id have my dinner which i would have veg and chiken or fish.. then after dinner fruit and nuts and about 7 a shake and pint a milk... thats about it but not putting up much weight.. i want to get really really big so need advice please thanks

Just looking on the surface, it looks like you got plenty of protein but the carbs is looking a little light. I think that may be it at first glance. Adding a weight gainer into your diet as a shake may help out with that as I suggested earlier. I'd also try to add some clean carbs in your regular diet. Anytime you aren't gaining weight, you have to add some calories and adjust your diet.

Dude, there's a reason we ask the questions we do. None of us want to see anyone fuck themself up. At age 20, your growth plates may not be done closing yet. At which point, if you use juice, you may be doing more damage to yourself than you think. For one, your growth may be stunted as well as other things. I'll answer your questions as you'd like because I've found most people are going to do what they are going to do regardless. Myself and others included can only give you sound advice to the best of our abilities and then it's ultimately up to you what you do at that point. Hopefully you consider what we've all said and will wait. Sometimes people may come across as condescending and really don't mean it. Don't take it personal. Best of luck my friend.
