ThinkING about my 2nd cycle any suggestions?
I am 33yrs old male
wieght 232lb
i train 5 days on and 2 days off
mon,wed,fri ( is chest,shoulders,triceps)
tue,thur ( is legs,back , biceps) BEEN TRAINING FOR 2YRS

if you can help i would really appreciate it! Thanks
