I need to know how to shed fat without completely destroying the muscle ive worked for. Ive been weightlifting for about 2 years while i love being strong im tired of being fat and want to have a better physique. Only problem is i play football in college and cant afford to lose on my muscle im not very expierenced with diets and just need some tips. any info is appreciated.
