whats up bros i just came off a bulker and as always the case my waist has expanded some
(actually more than i expected)
. my question is what are the best w/o for abs and obliques. I am sorry if this is a newbee question but the reason why i am asking is because i never really trained abs, obliques since used be skinny(used to weight 117lbs now weigh 185 for 5'8") and never really needed to. Now that i am no longer skinny and have done a bulker i want to get the 6 pack i once had. btw i know that i have to change my diet.
any suggestions, comments would be appreciated.
