Your methods are necessary, it straight up hammers the point across to them.

But you can't just use the stick on people to make them see the walk the right path. Have to use the carrot also. The combo of the two is what gets it going.

Watch DADAWG, he does both methods all on his own. he will whack them with a stick. The very next post he will calmly explain why they need to do it that way. And depending on how they come back at him they either get the help they need or he breaks out the bazooka and blasts them out the door for a week.
