Need help with a mass bulking cycle

I'm Tryin to get my bench up from 360lbs to 405lbs and I need a really good potent cycle

This is great advice. Follow this and you won't go wrong.
 
You can gain 45 pounds on bench press naturally. Focus on clean bulk diet, strengthing your squats, pull ups, triceps and shoulders can help with overall strength. Also work in lower reps to help build up 1 rep max. No reason to do a cycle to gain 45 pounds on bench press.
 
If you concentrate on training for myofibrillar hypertrophy on all your bench press related muscle groups, like triceps chest front delts shoulders lats, then your pressing strength will go up.

If you wanna run a cycle to get your strength up ASAP

Test prop - 150 mg eod - weeks 1-6
Test e - 500 mg week - weeks 1-12
NPP - 500 mg - weeks 1-10
D-Bol kick start weeks 1-4

You'll have no prob reaching your bench press goal on this cycle.. But as far as keeping that strength after cycle is gonna depend on your diet and training

what if he's 17 years old.. was it smart to post this up without knowing his cycle history?? his training history?? his age? weight? height?

Your right.. I just assumed some dude that benches close to 400 lbs wasn't a 17 year old kid.
Prob best not to assume though.

He asked for a good potent cycle,, I posted what was a potent cycle IMO, and if he's 17,, he can hang on to that info, wait til he hits 24, do a couple test only cycles, then a test Dbol cycle,, then maybe run a "good potent cycle" like I listed.

I don't agree with frontloading the prop... because by week 4 test levels are gonna be up equivalent to running 650mg per week, then two weeks later the prop is stopped so test levels will drop... the dbol for the first 4 weeks I will go along with

but all this said we still don't know how old this dude is or if he's even dabbled with gear before

Suppose I should explain rather then assume..
When training for increased strength and for myofibrillar hypertrophy,, your going to be using heavy weights, low reps (3-5), high intensity, explosive moves (and not just on your compound moves or presses,, again train your bench press related muscles this way as well for strength)..

As opposed to training for size and muscle volume with sarcoplasmic hypertrophy-- higher reps lighter weights, more time under tension, more volume, slower stricter form. *
* that's why increase in muscle size doesn't always equal more muscle strength
