Need help with shipment scams!!

What's up guys?
Well here's the deal, I got tired of buying already made products that weren't potent or that were full of BS and overly priced, so I bought some raw test enanthate powder to make my own and got burned on the deal basically. It was a seemingly legit price and from China, **** for 10 grams, but the product never showed! I tried emaling and whatnot, but kept getting the runaround and/or no reponse at all, so finally I said f@$k it. I guess what I'm asking is has anyone else had this problem with a source and what's the best way to make sure a source is legit? (I'm not going to ask for anyone's source because I understand that the trust is earned and not given!)

I don't know how much help you'll get as this is very close to being an off-limits talk about sources but sometimes it requires a leap of faith after you've done lots of research. I haven't bought powders, yet, but the member who helped me with sourcing powders vouched for him and since I trust this member, ill take my leap of faith when it's time to brew come winter

I figured it was pretty close to off limits, I just didn't really know any other way to put it. I understand completely though. I suppose a leap of faith is all I can do at this point and cross my fingers. But I definitely appreciate you taking the time the give me some input.

Might as well be asking for a source bro. Sure most people have been burned. Thankfully I haven't but that's because I spent months researching and listening before I found a reliable source

You just need to research, research and research and then when you think you've found your guy, take a gamble. It's like going to the casino. Be prepared to lose.

what they said. only place you should be getting a powder source is from someone you trust who goes through them. yes some people may selectively scam, but raws are such a cheap and easy way to make money for a seller in that part of the world that there really is no reason to.

your source is only as trustworthy as the person who gave it to you.

Thank you all! Sorry if it cane off as bad or anything like that, just genuinely interested. I'll definitely start going deeper with my information and research and I'll take that gamble like yall said. Win or lose, its a lesson learned!
