Need opinions or solutions on detoxing anabolics

I have a friend that is going to court for a custody trial against his meth head girlfriend the only problem is he has gear in his system, is there anyway to detox faster than just letting it ride out your system? Any opinions or comments appreciated, you would be helping out my homie and his son, thanks
