Need some advice on Creatine Monohydrate intake..

No Pain No Gain...
I am looking forward to get creatine powder..
I always knew that it is better to take creatine with a carbohydrate base...
I have always used it with Glucose...

What if this time I mix it with sugarcane juice...??
Will it be any better than glucose or glucose was better..??

More over I will get a Creatine Monohydrate..
So can someone please suggest me which is the best time to consume the creatine, before or after workouts..??

I was thinking of having it 1 to 1/2 hour before workout....
What will you suggest...??
