need some advice!?

hey guys .. im going on a 12wk deca@ 600mg and 15 week test ethan@ 750 mg cycle soon.. running both QV products.. and i just have a question about my split.

while on AS should u really try not to over train your body... how many days at the gym is to many? this is what my work out has looked like

mon- chest shoulders abs
tues- back abs
wed- off
thusday-legs
fri -arms abs
sat/sun -cardio


and i was thinking about changing it to something like this..

mon- chest, shoulders, thighs,abs
tues- off
weds- upper and lowe back, hams, abs
thus-off
fri -arms ,abs
sat/sun- cardio

or this?

mon- chest, upper back
tues- arms and shoulders
weds legs
thusday chest upper back
fri-arms shoulders?
sat cardio
sun- off

what do u guys think..?? also what do u guys prefer doing chest with tri and back with bis or chest with shoulders. and arms together? what combination seemed to work better for you.. i notice when i do arms on there own .. i get alot more intense pumps ? thanks

mon- ches/back
tues- shoulders arms

You should never over train a muscle on gear or off.

Anyways here is one you could try.
Mon: Legs/Calves
Tue: Chest/Abs
Wed: Back/Traps
Thur: Triceps/Shoulders
Fri: Biceps/Abs

Couldn't agree more. I've seen the best gains this way. I've even tried doing tris one day and biceps the next to change pace
 
the split really isnt a big deal it matters what you are doing for each bodypart..if you hitting 20 sets per you most likely wont make the best gains gear or no gear
 
lay off the gear for a bit bro and hang in this forum till you get an idea on how to lift for good gains.. gear dont mean your gonna gain weight either your training coulod be perfect and your dosge but diet is key... ive seen many kids in my hs and college get all juiced up and make no progress
 
Mule: How can u get through doing legs day after back? Im always sore as hell a couple of days after deads. Thats why I now have 3days between them.
