need some advice

hey guys im about to start my football offseason and i wanna recover fast not so much add to much bulk im kinda allready big enough i could put 10-20 more pounds of muslce on but im more worried about my joints and tendons and stuff i wanna get faster and stuff so many someone who knows more abt prohormones or steroids and which i might be best taking
 
If ur not at least in ur twenties then bro all u need is a solid diet and work ethic and you'd be blown away with the results
 
im 6'4 257lb
i have the best work ethic and my jeans i have are great i put muscle on like nothing with out juice i just want to speed up my recovery we do 2 a days and some days i just cant give it 100 and i want to but its not there so i need some supplments to help out lol
 
How old are you? Also no one is gonna hand feed you a cycle. Go read and plan your own cycle out. There's 1826374829474 first cycle threads on here. Go learn by reading and don't be so lazy.
