okay im 17 stone 7, and i have been told by my club that i need more speed or will have to change position. i squat 270kg for reps quite comfortably reckon i could rep 285 -290 for 6 reps. thats just to show i have a strength base. how can i improve my spped as quick as possible? what sort of things can i do that will give me xtra speed? have turned into a bit of a carthorse as i have got bigger!
