need speed ASAP!!!!

okay im 17 stone 7, and i have been told by my club that i need more speed or will have to change position. i squat 270kg for reps quite comfortably reckon i could rep 285 -290 for 6 reps. thats just to show i have a strength base. how can i improve my spped as quick as possible? what sort of things can i do that will give me xtra speed? have turned into a bit of a carthorse as i have got bigger!
 
ladders, hills...dont know if you have access but do parachutes where you run with a parachute on your back. or you can also do the elastic band work. where you have this vest on thats attached to an elastic. Someone holds it and you run away as fast as you can until it starts pulling you back.
 
yeh i have tried but it doesnt seem to be working, am thinking i may have to lose some size, and i weigh 17stone 7, that is 238, but my bf is high at the moment as i bulked reacently.

You could pull sleds? Do agility styled drills? What kind of sport bro? Football I assume?
 
Sled Pulls are really good for endurance, stamina, strength, and helps to build speed fosho. Good advice right there Imo.
