I was 135 Pounds, 5'8" before baby. Got up to 201. Six months later I'm at 178. Wanted to try clen. I also started going to gym six days a week. Any help is appreciated!!

well what you're describing is that your normal weight was 135, and if you're eating the same as before the pounds should be dropping, if you add High Intensity Interval training, like Sprint 8 or spinning or p90x, beach body ..ect you will be better than before in 10 weeks

dont eat after dinner when your idle, those carbs will become fat for storage, eat smaller more frequent meals, eat more proteins and read the labels you should avoid processed foods high in fats

Hi Kelly,

I understand how frustrating it can be to want to lose the baby weight, especially if you gained a substantial amount of weight during pregnancy, but u really don't need clen. If you have stalled u need to re evaluate your diet & training routine. Post your diet & routine so u can get feedback on how to tweak them.

Kelly, I'm 35 and I'm still trying to lose fat from when I was a baby. :p I'm no help here sorry.

a womans hormones the first 6-9 months after pregnancy are wayyy out of wack.. dont be hard on yourself.. you just have to put more energy into it

I have recently, well over the last 6 months lost a lot of weight through proper diet and cardio. I do a 5 min warm up followed by ten HITT intervals of 15sec sprints/ 45sec light jogging followed by light jogging till I hit a total of around 4-500 calories burned. Incorporate that with some lifting and your on your way to reaching your goals.

I go about 2 weeks on the elliptical, then 2 weeks on the bike, 2 weeks stair master ect but still apply the above intervals. I find changing it up keeps my body on its toes and I dont get to use to a certain machine.

Diet is very important... without it the above is not going to do much. The more I have been working out the more I am realize that everything is mostly diet when it comes to my weightloss.

Lastly I would stay away from the clen until you get your body fat down. You have room to work with until that may be needed in the future. With that said I think you can reach your goals without it.

It can be done with hard work and dedication. Use the clen for those last lbs that are the hardest to come off.
I went to an all Natural BB/fitness show this past weekend. There were female BB's and ones in figure competing that had unbelievable bodies and they had 4 kids.
You would have never known it.

Thanks everyone. I think my main problem is eating, which i dont eat enough. I also have been a member of myfitnesspal.com, and it tells me that all i need is 1200 calories. My meals are as follow...

6am- protein shake
9am- 5 egg whites and apple
12pm- Salad with chicken breast
2pm - cup of dry almonds
5pm- Tilapia, green beans
7pm - 5 egg whites

This is EXTREMELY hard for me to eat all of this and some days I skip because i dont have an appetite. How can you force yourself to eat? I get sick when I try to force myself.

178lbs and all you need is 1200 calories, on top of exercising 6 days a week? This doesn't make sense to me.

I'm 140lbs and according to calculations I need 1400kcal to maintain my body weight, and that's if I'm completely sedentary and not moving at all. With exercise, I need about 2000kcal. For you, you should be able to lose weight easily at 2000kcal/day.

I understand it's hard to eat. I don't think your diet is what's keeping you from losing weight though, since you should be losing weight rapidly eating like that. 22lbs in 6 months is quite a bit, that's almost 1lb a week! That's pretty amazing dude, gotta give you props.

In the long run, your metabolism might slow down and you will regain a bit of weight when you gain your appetite back, but it shouldn't be that much, as long as you eat healthy.
