I still notice it while being on. Things like not being as lethargic after a big carb meal.

I do the exact same thing, I actually have 3 bottles in my cabinet right now...don't want to take the chance of it going out of stock and not having enough to last me. I love stacking this with Anabeta!

I mostly take it while "on" to tell you the truth, but then I go back to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and still take 1-2 a day. I think it helps still.
I take it in bigger amounts but only 1-2 times a year, for a few weeks I will really up the dose to like 4-6 caps ed while on a recomp or cut.
Its a very nice product for a lil help or all out help. but diet still needs to be on point.
I think for someone who comes fully off i think its great to add in post cycle therapy (pct) and post cycle (but not during a cuttign diet, because I would not rec this during post cycle therapy (pct) or post cycle)
