So I've always lurked around this forum for awhile and been taking advantage of some of the diets on here so thank you guys for that.. So my question is I'm a 30 year softball player plays year round well I wanna gain some muscle to improve my force of hitting and distance.. I do hit the weights etc just need more help so can you guys guide me on some products to take or the best to take for my situation guess my goal would be muscle and strength gain..
