Hey guys, I am new to gear and need some advise.
1. I have no idea how to structure my routine.
2. I have 5 weeks of Winni @ 50mg daily
(1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon). Is that a correct method?
3. I want to burn off my fat, build and define my muscles.
4. I am 28y/o 235lbs and would consider myself to be fat, what do i do besides the obvious cardio and diet.
