I guess i should have stopped into here and made a proper introduction before posting all over the place.
Pretty obvious the names Matt.
Im a good ol boy from canada. farm kid working in the dirty oil sands mostly these days.
Back in highschool I used to train a shit load. at my peak i was 210lbs at 5'11'' with a 12% bodyfat. acomplished this naturally without a whole lot of trouble. I really wish i had taken more advantage of those days. I always wonder how i would look now
not looking so good these days though. just a fat oilfield supervisor. I spend my days sitting in my truck working on the computer or driving up to 1000kms a day.
training has been put on hold for years now due to a number of factors. started out when got mixed up with a trouble girl. then took a year trip over to australia and drank my way across the country haha. by that point i had given up on body building and proper nutrition compeletly. into my current job position where smoking cigarettes and drinking monsters all day was the only way to go.
Early last december while on a trip to las vegas I had planned a sky dive trip with my girlfriend. when we got there they weighed me and said i was to heavy to do it. i weighed in at 276 pounds, and this was the first time in my life that my weight had stopped me from being able to do something. let me tell you it was a huge eye opener. I began my diet as soon as i got home and started working out again shortly after.
needless to say i am now on a mission to re build myself. its kills me to think about how 17 year old me could kick my ass, and make me look like a pussy in the gym now.
im not to sure what else goes into these into threads.
uhhh i like to hunt/fish/4x4 all that kinda shit.
ride a motor bike in the summer when its nice
oh i have a pet mule that i broke to ride. go ahead make a joke!
