New Cycle, please advise.

For your goals i think the low doses are fine. Personally for those sports Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) are really not required but hey if you want to then that's fine. Make sure you still do a good post cycle therapy (pct) so that your energy levels stay up after the cycle ends.

thanks, you know i've always had a 10week cycle, i just mis judged my math. so thats it, starting tomrrow 200mgdeca/200mg Test.. for 10 weeks.

I have another question, at what week should I start my HCG, the most common approach i read was to start it on my last week?

And where is it most common to inject it? I've heard shoulder, I've also heard stomach.

Jesus christ.

He's not talking about the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) you nutsack he's talking about the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) which should be shot sub-q and yes the stomach is a good place. But run it from the beggining of the cycle all the way to pct.

idk man, i change my position, in my eyes, if you are 5'10 165, you need to work out for a few more years. I was 145 back when i was 17, and i've worked my balls off to get to 190...it feels so much better knowing that i've gained 40 lbs of muscle from just working hard and eating good....fuck Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) right now, just get in the gym, nothign is free in life, and a hard six pack and 20 inch arms are easy to get either, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or no aas. Get in the gym 5 days a week, eat enormous amts of protien, and study ur balls off....set a goal, meet the goal, then order some shit

edit : no need to order if you already have it.

if you want, you can give it all to me to hold onto

although many believe that 5 days a week will most likely be overtraining. I myself go 3 and sometimes have done two and made the best gains of my life. I suggest you look up the bill starr/madcow 5x5. Has worked wonders for me and is more sports/strength oriented rather than straight bbing. But since switching to it from 5 days a week i have broken past old plateaus
