I was 145 back when i was 17, and i've worked my balls off to get to 190...it feels so much better knowing that i've gained 40 lbs of muscle from just working hard and eating good....fuck Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) right now, just get in the gym, nothign is free in life, and a hard six pack and 20 inch arms are easy to get either, Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or no aas. Get in the gym 5 days a week, eat enormous amts of protien, and study ur balls off....set a goal, meet the goal, then order some shit
