Hey everyone I need some help here. I have been in the gym for 14 years now. But the first time I started taking supplements was about 3 years ago. Nothing too seriouse...mainly fat burners and a few things to help with muscle growth. Mostly all post-hormones too.
I am ready to take the next step and start taking Anavar. I heard it works great for women.
I was thinking of taking 5mg a day. A friend told me at first to split it and take half in the morning and half at night unti l I get used to it. Then after a few weeks maybe take 10 mg a day.
So I am wanting to know if this dosage is correct or any better ideas for me.
Also I have always eaten healthy, lots or organic foods,etc and lots of protein to keep my weight up.
I am 30 years old
5'4 and I weight 118
I am 18% bf Usually it is lower but I had a baby 3 months ago
So back to the diet....there are so many diets out there....I am usually on a weight gainer diet...but I am wondering what diet I should get on while taking anavar.
I am looking to tone up my stomach which I know anavar only helps but is not a fat burner.
Build some more muscle and look ripped or might I say sculpted would be a better word for it.
I am also on the depo shot...is that ok and will it effect my birth control?
