New guy for TRT - 35 years old

Hi guy,

I've had low test levels for years, and think it's time for TRT. They are 271 nmol/l. Two months ago, they were 303, but that was straight after taking nolvadex/clomid for four weeks. My libido is inconsistent, and I live on cialis. I'm always tired. I can't go to the gym. I've lost 30Ibs in the past few months. My pitiful stats:

35 years
5' 7"
150Ibs
8% bf

I've read the sticky and was thinking:

100mg test e per week (or 50mg every 3.5 days)
0.25mg arimidex eod
HCG 250iu 2 x per week

I would do all the appropriate testing (although I don't know where I can get the sensitive test for estradiol in the UK, if anyone knows?). I've always used the standard test, and not found it helpful.

Thanks for any help.
L.

I would not recommend taking Adex without demonstrating a medical need for it first...especially at that high of a dose. There's a strong chance of screwing yourself up, badly, on a dose like that.

Those testosterone and hCG starting doses are great though, very reasonable place to start. Just leave out the Adex unless absolutely necessary. It probably won't be necessary on this protocol.

Thanks for this. I'm looking forward to climbing out this hole.

Leaving out the arim makes sense; I'm used to taking it with far higher test doses. Having crashed my estrogen with aromasin before, I want to avoid messing with it.

I'm assuming it's worth waiting around two weeks before adding in the HCG because the endogenous test won't affect my own levels for a couple of weeks?

There's really no reason to hold off on the hCG.
