Uruk Hai
Sauron's breed
So, almost 2 years ago I slipped two disks in my lower back. Too many years working heavy line as an auto/diesel tech, I guess. I didn’t get the surgery, I did PT instead, which worked very well but, I still have consistent low levels of pain, more or less everyday.
I have been working out up to 5 days a week, lost 30 lbs and put on most of the muscle I lost in the past few years. I find that when I stress my lower back muscles too much lifting, it aggravates the pain up. I want to be able to recover faster and build up my lower back larger quickly to help relieve the rest of the pain that is left over.
What do you guys suggest I use to facilitate that?
