Just wanted to do an intro as I've been lurking, reading, & absorbing info for forever.

I'm a mom of 3 and had my 2 bio kiddos back to back, which took a major toll on my body (they are 3 &4 now). I let the first year with two that close in age put my own health on the back burner. My youngest had major sleep and dietary issues until age 2 and I found that somehow my mindset was set to "function" and not "enjoy life and take care of me also". I have the most supportive husband ever that works his tail off so I can be a full time mom, so I always felt bad asking him to get up with our youngest when he had to work for 5am to 6pm every day. Our youngest never slept for more than 45 mins at a time until age 2. I was constantly in a fog. I can't stress enough how important rest is to the body and I just wasn't getting any. When I hit 180lbs 18 months ago, I finally broke down and my husband started taking turns with me getting up with our youngest. My husband is a trainer and he started taking the kids during his lunch break so I could get my workouts in. The saddest thing of all this is that I am a nutritionist and trainer also so I KNEW better than to let myself go. Even so, it happened and I'm happy to say that I've spent the last 18 months getting back to myself and am happy to now have the energy I need to be a good, fun mom and sexy wife for my husband.
I lift on a 6 day split and teach a cardio class 4 nights a week now. My diet is dead on and my goal is to drop some more body fat and get to 18%.
Sorry to ramble, just wanted to introduce myself since I have crossed over from lurking to posting every once in a while.
Thanks for letting me part of this community.
