Hey guys my name is Justin, I recently got hooked up with Chip and started my moderate protocol this last thursday. Chip has me on 25mg danazol ed, 210mg Test E e5d, 1mg arimidex and 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) day after test injection.

these are some of my starting blood values.

Total test 636 ng/dl

estrogens 65 pg/ml

shbg 34.7 nmol/l

from what i have seen my estrogen is pretty high. do you think a lot of my natural test is aromatizing?

Hi, just wondering how old you are and what problems or symptoms do you have, also what is your free test.
Good luck

Sorry forgot to add my age. I am 29 5'11'' 210lbs 18-20% body fat.

my blood test didnt disclose free test levels..

lately i have had zero libido. The girlfriend has been pretty upset with me. No matter how hard i train i seem to get nowhere with losing fat or gaining mass. I always feel soft and puffy.

Back in 2007 i had a benign mass removed from my left breast. ever since then i have had dull pain and sensitivity in my nipples. I had a breast ultrasound performed along with my physical that i submitted to chip. The ultrasound came back negative but breast sensitivity is still an issue for me.

my brother is 32 and had the same breast surgery as myself he is currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for low test and high E2 and my father who is 55 gets monthly test shots through his endo. crappy family history had me look into this.

id up the Adex. your e2 is on the high side. ask chip on changing the dosage intervals. i would change it to EOD since the halflife is roughly 48 hours.

Do you think 3mg a week is too much going eod?

I didnt run the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) solo. I just started with the test and danazol.

JUST DO WHAT I SAID TO START. IF WE NEED TO ADJUST IN A FEW WEEKS WE CAN....AND WILL. DONT GET TO ANXIOUS TO START SWITCHING THINGS UP BEFORE YOU EVEN GET STARTED...:wiggle:

Chip, i forgot to add that i experienced a mild exertion headache before starting my meds. I thought nothing of it. I then had a massive headache attack for the first time friday. It lasted two days. I got a ct scan and all is well with my head. Its just out of the ordinary for me. Ive always trained hard. Im no noob to lifting.

My blood pressure was 147/89 when i was seen. Should i be adding some niasin, coQ10, or hawthore berry to help lower bp?

Bp is up a little bit, but I think you'll live. Lol
I'm not really any kind of expert on other OTC supplements, so you may get some of that info from some other Team Members or contributers on the forum.

Those are good supplements to help with blood pressure. Magnesium/Potassium combo helps as well. L-tryptophan at night may help as well as taurine. Aside from the basic stress response several things can cause high BP. Gallstones/bile blockage even can. Low aldosterone can cause an elevated heart rate.

just took my third shot of test (15th day on) i plan to make my comeback to the gym tomorrow. I took a week off to let my body rest after that massive headache attack.

I could be wrong, but I do not think his Estrogen blood test was E2 specific, but rather total estrogens.

Anybody?

Anyway, my advice is to take Chip's advice.

Do you try just an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) first or go right to test?

Question of the day:agreed: So why not?

Were those "starting" blood values before you began the TRT?

Total estrogens look fine, would need an E2 value to really tell anyway.

Quick question, why Test E at 210mg? Is it dosed different than the 200mg Test Cyp I take?

Your headaches might be caused by the danazol. That is the #1 side effect. I talked to Chip about this and I switched to taking it at night. I already have chronic migraines but I had a different type of headache every day since starting my protocol 2 weeks ago. Danazol has a very short halflife so I started taking it at night thinking I would get through the rough part while sleeping. I switched it up 2 days ago and it's my first 2 days without the headache. Hope this helps.

Oh side note: My blood levels for estrogen and sbhg were much higher than yours, almost double. My total test was higher as well but I had been taking clomid for 6 weeks. I feel 1000% better after 2 years of hell! Hang in there!

your right bout that. i assumed he meant estradiol. my bad.

agreed on taking chips advice.

Sorry about the mix up. It is test c.

I hit shoulders hard yesterday. Nothing abnormal or headaches.

What? You have a natural testosterone production of 636ng/dL and you are following this protocol?:

- 210mg's Testosterone Cypionate every 5 days
- 250 IU's of HcG day after a shot

That sounds like a large standard dose for those whose levels are in the tanks and yet you have a natural production of 636?

You have a great foundation, and your HPTA is responding. The rest of your "missing" testosterone is obviously converting into estradiol given your high E2 reading. I think all you really need is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control the conversion rate. That alone should boost your Testosterone levels to the upper range. This 210mg's EO5 will jus' shut you down and you'll forever be dependent on TRT.
