New member of maximus hrt !! Have pct question before i start

I know- PCT and HRT shouldnt be mentioned in the same sentence, but let me tell you my story.
I was on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through a local wellness doctor. Had initial bloodwork done with following results:
Test Total: 326
Test Free: 3.0
SHBG: 38
FSH: 3.9
LH: 2.8
Estradiol: 16.5
Went on protocol of Test Cyp at 210mg/week and 1mg Anastrozole twice per week.
Had blood work done after 10 weeks of this:
Test Total: 912
Test Free: 272
SHBG: 34
FSH: 0.7
LH: 0.2
Estradiol: 36

Have been on this protocol for 8 months. As you can see I am shut down, BAD.
Now doc wants me to do PCT then I can start over.. Crazy huh??
As of TODAY I am within the Brotherhood Of Maximus and want to ask you all a question. How do I jump start my balls so they are producing test again on their own.
This is the PCT the doctor told me to do:
HCG: 2000 units per day with 50mg Clomid every day for 5 days
then
HCG 1000 units per day with 50 mg Clomid per day for next 10 days
THEN
next 15 days with 20mg Tamoxifen every day.
All of this with 0.75mg Anastrozole once a week for 5 weeks.
WOW- I am shaking just writing this...
Anyway, my meds should be here from Chip in a few days but I want to start my natural production of Test and keep it there and not sure how to do it. I also want my balls back!
Should I do a PCT? Suggestions Needed. Please help a brother.

I THINK THAT DOC WAS TRYING TO SEE IF HE COULD GET YOUR BALLS TO EXPLODE AND SHUT DOWN FOREVER! DID HIS WIFE HAVE A CRUSH ON YOU OR DID YOU PISS HIM OFF SOMEHOW...?

If your going to be part of maxiumus hrt why do you need to do a post cycle therapy (pct) makes no sense to try a restart if your going to go back on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with maxiumus. If your on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) you don't produce test. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) you will be taking may or may not bring your balls back it depends on how damaged they are. Just follow the protocol your given from maximus hrt and enjoy life.
