Hey guys, ill start off by saying a few things about myself. Im 26 yrs old 5'8 been training for about 4yrs or so now, def have a few cycles under my belt, been cruising for quite some time now. Right now im fluctuating between 207-212 pounds and i dont know my exact bf% but the machine at the gym tells me around 19%(i know those arent accurate and at that % i hope not lol).basically what i want to do is lean out to 8-10% at least once and for all and try to keep it low, my whole life i have always been a little bit chubbier, but the real problem is ive always had a bit of gyno, which is why i started lifting in the first place. Ive been dieting for a month and change now and im definitely noticing results, the gut has started to go down significantly but the bf on my chest is so stubborn ans still their, i want it gone for good! Anyhow, im thinking about running 750 mgs of test e and eq with probably a little bit of clen mixed in, please feel free to chime in and give me your 2 cents, i love constructive criticism.

Your saying you've cycled in the past ? You should know though that body fat isn't going to be "melt away " from aas. in order to drop body fat that is going to depend strictly on your diet . being in a caloric deficit for your specific body . the gear doesn't melt fat . its the diet . but anyways just saying . Test can be used for any purpose . if u eat more ( caloric surplus) u will gain and opposite . it will help maintain muscle u have while cutting to a degree depending how fast u cut . . EQ however im inexperienced with .

Sounds like a diet issue, not a gear issue. Honestly I don't think many will suggest using gear to solve the problem (assuming I'm understanding you correctly). When most here (ology) use a cycle to cut they are typically doing so after they used a cycle to specifically bulk, or they are already at a low body fat % and they are trying to shred a bit more / take it to the next level so to speak. But the way I understood what you wrote: It sounds more like your diet needs to be squared away. If you have a "gut" as you put I would look to the diet a bit more and a lot longer than a month.

****insert 3J nutrition comment here****

edit: Spelling, your for you're...

^ See.....told you so! :wiggle:

Yes i now aas has nothing to do with losing fat and is only for muscle, reason im using aas is because well, who doesnt love them? Lol and i want to maintain a muscular bulging physique while losing weight. I am battling with my diet right now and doing quite good, intaking approx 2400 cals a day.

Ive heard eq gives you kind of a dry vascular look, and clen well thats obvious. Thats why ive decided to go with those compounds. Was really wanting to do mast and var but ive heard mast you have to be relatively low to work good anyways and var is too expensive on my budget right now.

I've said this before. Take the money you'll spend on a couple jugs of test, and contact 3J on ology. He will get you dialed in. You won't be around 2400 cal, you will be dialed directly into the correct calories to lose fat for you. It's not a cookie cut approach, 3J will dial YOU in. Try that first, you will be completely surprised how our diets aren't on point as we might think they are. My .02

Thank you buzzbait for your response, will definitely look into 3j and see what he has to offer.

man, leaning out to 8-10 % is not as easy as you make it sound. Dark wing gave you solid advice and I'll expand a little on the EQ, as it is one of my personal favorites. A test/EQ cycle should give you solid but not huge gains on the scale, you may look far larger but the reality is probably 10-12 pounds will most likely be about the total. having said that, I've always found the gains on this cycle, are solid, not water retention, but quality gains of which a good amount can be held onto following the cycle. probably 8-10 pounds provided your diet is solid.
The bad news is EQ needs to be run at a dosage of at least 600mg a week, ideally for a minimum of 16 but preferably 18 weeks. the last 4 or 5 weeks are quite amazing, as your skin will feel tight, almost like a pump, you flex a muscle and it seems to stay flexed, along with a thin skinned look that shows the muscles in a hard defined appearance.
EQ also increases appetite, and aggression in race horses which it was originally made for.
This is all based on a lot of years experience, not medical research. :)
hope this helps.

Helps a ton thank you harnold, that is exactly what im looking for, quality hard gains with not too much water retention. Im taking everyones opinion here into consideration, no criticism is bad criticism! My vascularity has been in hibernation all of this year and im hoping to get it back soon.

dry vascular look would be more winstrol, which sucks in my opinion. EQ will give you a thin skinned, somewhat vascular look if diet is on.
