Got alittle bit of lower back fat that needs tighting up before the end of this cut, incorporiated some hyper extensions, back extensions, and some rack pulls this week to tighten it up dont believe in spot reducing fat but I do believe u can tighten that certain area, only part that is driving me crazy lol, last bit of fat on lower back
Started hittig my abs more to tighten then up more as well, eod, i was only hitting then once a week for 3 sets of 15 reps, now I do machine ab crunches and rope pull down crunches and really starting to tighten up more

Both lower back and abs are for high reps, exspecially lower back, no weights for hyper extensions just high reps and a good stretch

Weighed myself today, 187lbs, so since dropping the pb binge crap last week my bloat has come down thank god, it was horrible but my mind was fightig back abit being depleted so long, like the same as after a contest, some just go out on a all out sugar binge, same as what I was doing, but back on track now for the last week or so , that pb binge last a week or so thank god
