My current weight right now is 2010 right off in the morning BF is at 15.2%.. I would like to get to a lean 200 solid with 10% BF. Right now I'm taking test Cypionate 200 for 1 1/2 CC then stacking that w/ Pure magic red dragon pharmaceuticals pure magic is a three in one Tren/test-e/test-cypionate and im Doing 1 1/2 cc of that to ever Monday and Friday w/ nolvadex taken 2 tims a day . Im on a 12 week cycle for first 6 weeks of my cycle I was useing deca for 1cc and Test-e for 2cc w/ nolvadex two times a day. but now that im on my last 3 weeks I wanna get lean out So i threw in the mix winni oral drops My meals are
Morning.. meal 1 930
6 eggs 1 cup of oat meal
meal 2 1130
protein shake whey isolate 60grams
1/2 cup of dry oat/2tps of flax seed
meal 3 230
2 cans of tuna
meal 4 530
protein shake 1/2 cup of dry oat meal/2tps of flax seed
Post work out drink Dark matter Carbs 43
meal 5 830
80z chicken breast
40z fish
1/2 cup cottage cheese
before bed 60 grams of whey isolate
Tottale cal 2906 fat 348 carbs 188 protein 349!!

Friday Back/ abbs/cardio
Ever workout day other then legs I do cardio HIT for 20 mins after workout!
abbs 15/20 mins
Do i need to uptake cardio or abbs??
On workout days i usually change up meal times but thats what i usually take in each day work out are arrown 530 in the gym for about 2 hours. trying to stay away from wheat/flower for two weeks Just need advise from anyone do i need to up take anything?? should i stop taking anything after 3 oclock or what should i start to take please help!@!
