I've seen my GP who offered me Testim and saw a Endocrinologist today who also told me that he would only offer Testosterone. From reading on here it seems like there is a lot more to it than that. Im really stressed about this since I got my results. All my symptoms above lead me to see a Doctor. Im looking for someone in Bakersfield that knows more than just telling me to put gel on. Im going to go back to my GP tommorow and see if he would be ok with giving me Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) if it does come to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Here is my first blood work. Let me know what else I should be concerned with or should post.

CK - 121
HCG (Quantitative) - <2
LH - 1.8
Prolactin - 18.4
Testosterone, Total - 274
Estradiol 17-Beta - 18
TSH - 1.53
T4 - 8

Should I post CBC Test BMP test Live (Hepatic Panel)?

There is a reason that your T is low, you need to find out what that reason is. That's what I did. Yea life long on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at 22 is rough. And if you don't get HGC with your T, you won't have any kids either. But the good news is that everybody on here understands what you are going through.

It fucking sucks. Got diagnosed and GF left me bc the issues and didnt want to deal with me being a liability.

Endocrinologist just wanted to do more blood work and MRI which I had done when I was 18 and complained to my GP of low test symptoms. IDK what results were then. I asked to see this time and said wtf that's low at 279 and he said yea I guess that is. Here's Testim. I know my LH is low which means my pituitary is fucked possibly from a contusion I had when I was 16. This is just information I've picked up from reading on forums.

IDK what to do.

Can't find a doctor that's really good in my area with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Went to a anti aging clinic but I don't think insurance covers and nurse wouldn't let me talk to the doctor for 5 minutes and explain my situation. Went to compounding pharmacies to find out what Doctors prescribe Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and found one that said yes he would if it came to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I would like to start with just Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from what I've read just to see if I get testicular growth and sperm production. Ejaculate is very low and testicles are about half the size of "normal" according to the internet.

I was filling out the medical form and said I have to be 30. Im just trying to feed off of experiences and try to get my GP to work with me.

And I do not have much money. Just a seasonal firefighter and going to school in the winters. Currently in EMT and trying to figure this shit out. After I will have graduated and hopefully have a job lined up that will be permanent and then I could afford a more costly treatment.

I guess I would like to know what dosage would be good to start out with to raise my testosterone from 279 to a good normal range while staying fertile.

Should I start with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and a anti estrogen get tested and see if I get any testicular growth?

Then add Gel or shots if it doesn't raise me high enough. Not looking for gains just better mood and libido. Normal I guess is what Im going for.

I think my GP will work with me but doesn't know a whole lot about what to look for other than the basic LH and Total Test which is all I've really got. I know my Prolactin is a little high too.

Or would Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) monotherapy or a combination to increase testicular growth and then come off of it and take clomid to stimulate pituitary and then a AI.

Any thoughts or comments on these ideas would be much appreciate. I feel very lost

If you have a condition ( you do), Chip might be able to help you at your age. Your ex gf is a pos. fuck her. When you get your hormones worked out the chicks will do anything to be with you. They'll have a hard time keeping up, you won't. It will be ok, there is hope for you. You will find a lot of sympathetic people on here. We have been there.

U can ask ur doc 2 try the 5 day clomid test 2 try n find the root of the problem. That wuld b the route I wuld take 1st if u plan on havin kids some day.

Is there a article somewhere that shows what that test does or do you know exactly what that does.

And then where I go from there depending on results?

U can google clomid test n it should come up . I just ran it an had bloods drawn. I'm waitin 4 results n a consult wit doc. I live In PA an there's quite a few docs in my area who will run this test. I wuld give u a docs name but the board won't let u post docs names.

Did you get your results? I spent all day before class looking for a Doctor that would prescribe HCG as either monotherapy or T plus HCG. Very frustrating.

If you have Low LH and FSH will HCG increase testicular size and then come off with Clomid and possibly a Anti E if needed, has anyone heard of someone maintaining levels doing it this way?
