I am set to go on holiday on the 16th for two weeks. Will be 8 weeks into a Test E cycle and bodyfat is currently around the 10% mark.

I have what.. 4 weeks left before i go? and i want to get that fat % down some more if i can. I have been cycling clen and i do have tren Ace to hand but i been uming and arring about using that as i cannot take it with me and i dont want to end up on holiday depressed with non functioning parts and what not..

I got some T3 yesterday 30tabs x 25mcg. Considering starting at 50mcg a day for 5 days (as i hear 25 just replaces natural levels), then 75mcg for 10 days, then taper off 65mcg, 50mcg,45mcg, 25, then off over the remaining 15 days.

Is this a good idea? im a little nervous about taking them as i dont want an unhappy thyroid. Will taking these so close to going away possibly bite me in the ass as i know you remain T3 supressed for about 2 weeks.. could this mean ill suddenly get real fat while on holiday?!!? I am going to admit now, my eating while out there will not be great, its holiday food.. fatty and sugary!

Or shall i just stick to the Clen?

Btw, cannot touch Eph due to drugs testing at work.
Thanks

You don't have enough T3 to do really anything other than suppress your thyroid. T3 works much better in the long term through gene expression - about 3 weeks for it to show any results. And while it only takes about 1-2 weeks usually for thyroid function to bounce back, you WILL gain more weight unless your adjusting your caloric intake during that period. You'd need to drop 10% off your maintenance calories for about 2 weeks after cessation of T3.

There is also no need to taper at all, just pick a dose and stick with it. In summary, unless you can get a lot more T3 then no, not worth it. I'd just stick to clen if you can take that with you. It will definitely help limit fat gain if your diets going to be off for a while. I should note if your consuming enough alcohol to get drunk, it will probably override the Clen. If you ARE going to be drinking, you need to limit fat consumption as much as possible. 50-70grams from GOOD sources only.

Good info there prince!

If you are focusing purely on losing fat, then you need to be in a caloric deficit. T3 will increase your ********* rate so you can eat more and still lose fat or lose more fat than normal.
