whats up? im new to juice/supps whatever you want to label it as...i need some help on what to start with for a cycle....i would like to try something that will get bulk and strength but yet not to harmful to the body....i guess give me your input thanks...
 
start off by reading the stickies, theres a lot of info there for you to get started.


I agree I did the same thing you did came to S-ology and just wanted to know a cycle but if you do some research in the different sections or even use the search bar in the top right hand corner of the site alot of questions have already been answered..not trying to flame just trying to pass on what I learned
 
Yea please read read read, I spent a good couple of months reading about this stuff and i still feel like I dont know anything about steroids, or what not. Ask questions also, sometimes they do not get answers right away but dont take it personal, ask again. And read the forum rules.

The first step is to admit your not ready which youve done lol. The next step is to research. The third step is to lay out a cycle on your own and let members critique.

Before all of these steps however I think you need to train better, eat more and sleep well. Grab some creatine Ethyl Ester to give you a little boost and hit the weights/kitchen/bed HARD!

lifting Weights tear up the muscles, food gives the muscles the nutrients they need to grow and sleep heals and makes the muscles grow. Perfect all three first before you consider juicin it up.
 
i am having problems finding a good program that works and what to do for reps and sets so if anyone has any programs that they do not mind sharing im willing to try them
