New to Winstrol...Dosage help!

I'm new to Winstrol, it is the first steroid I have ever taken. I ordered some, and they were taking a bit to come in, so my friend lent me a few capsules in the meantime. (They were green). He told me to take one a day, every 12 hours.

So when mine came in, they were different. Small pink tabs, called "Innovagen Winstrol"
Says they are 10mg. I was told to take 5 a day, but when he learned I was new to it, he said 4. My question is, should I take 4 at once daily, or take 2, maybe every 12 hours.

you shoudnt take them at all . a winstrol only cycle is a a bad idea. do you know what post cycle therapy (pct) / post cycle therapy is ? do you have post cycle therapy (pct) meds on hand ? did you know that taking winstrol will shut down your natural test production ?

No, I've never heard of post cycle therapy (pct). What is it exactly?

I've read that Winstrol can effect your natural Test production, but that it's unlikely. What I read said that if you go over 100mg a day, then all of the bad side effects can come into play.

Well this news is a bummer, did I waste a couple hundred bucks?

Edit: Ok I looked up post cycle therapy (pct), and it said that although Winstrol (winny) doesn't effect test like other steroids, it does a little bit to some degree. This website suggested taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for PCT.

If you want to discourage someone from taking a Winstrol (winny) only cycle (especially for someone that never did Winstrol (winny) or any other inject before) tell them to get injectable Winstrol (winny). Do 100MG once and they will never touch Winstrol (winny) again..... Unless they just happen to love pain of course... Winstrol (winny) is the devil. IMO LOL
