Newbie guidances plsss ?

Hey :)

I've just read a few of the other threads so hope I don't get jumped on :laugh3:

I've just bought some clen, and want some advice on how much to take and my diet/exercise. (I've done ECA before but it stopped working so much, and I just want to lose a last bit of flab before hols!)

So, diet:
B-porridge with skimmed milk
Snack- apple
L-either veg stirfry/home made soup/or a high protein pitta stuffed with tuna and salad
S-reduced fat houmous on a piece of wholegrain toast
D-either chicken and veg stirfry, fish and vegtables, or wholegrain pasta in a tomato based sauce.

Exercise- cardio machines at the gym for around 45 minutes 3x a week
and I just bought a kettlebell and have a beginner routine I'm doing with that a few days a week :)

But I'm not really going anywhere because I only have a bit more fat to lose (belly area really! I'm 5foot 7 and around 9 stone, so) so hence I thought I'd bring in something else to help for the month or so before the bikini came out. The tabs are 40mcg each, so I thought I'd start on 1 a day.

Questions!

How should I up the clen/how long should I stay on it?
Will it affect my appetite?
What exercise would be most ideal for it? (I want to look super slim and a bit toned, not all muscular :/ !)

Uhm and just anything else I should know? I think I'm going to add in a banana to the food as people have said about cramps!

Give us your diet breakdown so we can better advise you on your diet, you can log everything you eat, a good site for this is "fitday.com", get total cals/fat/protein your eating.

You're 5'7 126 lbs, You are fairly thin, if you want to loose belly fat, Cardio & clean diet are key... If you want to tone up, you need to include weight lifting, you won't get bulky or too muscular, this is a misconception women tend to have.

about Clen the recommended time is Max 3 weeks on followed by three weeks off .

Woman: 40 - 80 mcg per day


Days 1-4 (40 mcg), days 5-8 (50 mcg), days 9-14 (80 mcg), days 15-18 (60 mcg), days 19-21 (40 mcg)

These doses are a guideline only, start off low, Do not proceed directly to the maximum dosage without starting off on low dosages as this can cause a shock to your system.
Should be taking once per day, in the morning.
