Newbie has q's regarding non existent sex drive

I am a newbie here so please have some patients with my long winded rambling post.
I am looking for some suggestions on what to do and where to go.
I have been training pretty hardcore for 15 years, lots of heavyduty cycles. However since having kids 3 years ago, I have been clean.
My problem is my sex drive has been non-existent since coming clean.
When I came off my wife and I were going to a fertility specialist because my sperm count was just about zero. The dr put me on 2000 iu's of hcg 3X a week and Repronex 75 iu's 3X a week
for 20 weeks to get my sperm count up, which it did. Unfortunately afterwards My test levels dropped back down and so has my sex drive. I couldn't get an erection if you paid me and my balls are the size of peanuts. I have had blood work done and my test level was extremely low @ 37. My fsh and lh levels were in the normal range. My dr put me on androgel to help straighten me out. It did appear to work for the first few weeks. I actually had some sort of sex drive and could achieve an erection but couldn't orgasm half the time and if I did it was like a drop of semen. After a couple of weeks back to no erections at all.
My dr proceded to do more blood work and said that my test levels were in the normal range and I should not be having any problems, wrong! I have since gone to a urologist as suggested by my dr, he ran the same blood work and gave me a script for viagra and cialas, neither has helped. I have seen and endocronologist and have had an mri on my pituitary gland and a thyroid test. I get the same thing a script for androgel and viagra.
I know it is not psychological because my wife is hot and I want to have sex with her.
I have also had something called a doppler test were they give you an injection into your penis and measure the blood flow and that was normal.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here or what additional tests to have performed. Even a recommendation for a competent dr in northern NJ.
I have also tried taking clomid, proviron and many post cycle therapy (pct) products, none have helped.
Once again sorry for the long rambling post.

William,

Damn, 37 is amazingly low. In going forward, I will assume you have dropped back down to these levels again and if you have not retested you don't know for sure. Sorry to hear about your situation and feel for you. You mentioned post cycle therapy (pct) products but not the protocol. I have read research studies that showed a proper post cycle therapy (pct) reversed permanent hypogonadism caused by extensive steroid use. In these studies, they had to do the protocol several times but the natural test did come back on their own.

Of course all of the above is focused on recovering your own natty test. In the end testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) may have to be used. I myself don't want to do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at my age so I feel for you but don't rule it out as a way to recover your life.

Good luck.

Man I am sorry to hear about that. Sounds like your lucky to have had kids. My wife and I will be going through that in about 2 years and my biggest fear is that my sperm will be close to nothing. I hope you find an answer because life like that would be very stressful. Good luck

You need to contact Chip at Maximus HRT. He's a sponsor on Ology and I guarantee he can help you snap back into Porn Star status!

Give him a call, you won't regret it...

It's been quite sometime so I really don't remember the post cycle therapy (pct) regiment used.
I did take hcg,clomid,nova
over the counter was post cycle therapy (pct) and bromo by I forget the manufacturer, green box. That is now discontinued.

I have recently tried hcg @ 500 iu's everyday.

As for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I have been given androgel @ 10 grams a day and like I said the first few weeks it works and then down it goes. Right now I am at a loss and my wife is pretty depressed, I keep telling her it has nothing to do with her.
I just didn't know if there are any other tests I should be asking my dr to do.

Do a search on here for Androgel and I'm 99% sure every result will tell you it's shit...

You need to get with a REAL Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Specialist.

Call Chip...

I'm a client of his and had similiar horror stories from before I started with him!

BTW - None of his clients get kickbacks or shit for suggesting him. It's just the difference in quality of life is night and day!

Blood pressure is fine. I can drink a pot of coffee and hit the stepper mill and it doesn't go over 110/70, at rest it is usually 120/80.
As for stress.....I have 4 1/2yo twin boys, what do you think?
But then again who doesn't have some stress in their life.
it is definitely a hormone issue.

Androgel is total crap bro. I have heard that Chip is a good guy and from his posts on here he apparently knows his stuff.
I have also heard of and read guyz posts where it took them several PCTs to come back but that they were finally able to do so.
So my guess is its like 50/50 for you.
Get some educated advice on PCT or off to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for you.
I think you could do it with the PCT but it may take more the one or two shots at it, but then youre normal.
The testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) would prolly be faster but thats for life. I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and love it btw. Been on for a year.
