Hey guys, im considering starting my first cycle, but at a very low level of information. Im currently 24 (25 in July) and weigh around 218-220lbs at 6'1". Im looking to drop to about 200lbs and gain some endurance. I work out every morning in the army fashion; running, push-ups and sit-ups, coupled with some monotonous excersises. Three days a week I go to a boxing gym and thats mostly cardio/anerobic excise, shoulders and what not.
Meals:
Breakfast: 3 eggs w/ cheese, wheat toast and cottage cheese with a protein shake
Lunch: Ham sandwich w/ pepperjack cheese, protein shake
Dinner: Either chicken or steak with pasta and some kind of vegitable.
So what im looking for is adivse on what o look for and how to use it.
