I start a local police academy next week, in which I get to go home every night. I am 31 yrs old, 6'1 195 lbs & 17% body fat. I am in average shape and have never really worked out before. My diet pretty much sucks. I need something to help me get through the academy, I'm not looking to bulk up or anything like that. I have a 10cc vial of Equipoise, do you guys think it is a good idea to start taking it? I just need a little extra strength and endurance. I don't plan on ever using again after the academy. Please tell me what you think. Thank you.

Shopping list:

1) a diet
2) a cardio routine
3) a weight lifting routine

Steroids aren't going to help you if you aren't willing to help yourself. It's not a magic serum that you can just start injecting to gain muscle and lose fat while you're sitting on the couch.

Also, I promise you're not going to do anything in police academy that is so hardcore it would require you to take potentially damaging (illegal) drugs in order to make it through.

Jump on top of the 3 items listed above and leave the steroids alone.

Good luck.

Sorry, I used poor wording in my post. Yes I have never really worked out before, but for the past 2 months I have been running 2 miles a day, doing pushups, pullups, situps and squat thrusts. I'm not a couch potato, I just never go to the gym. I was wondering if doing a cycle of Equipoise will help me with endurance.

No it won't.

And that new information still doesn't change much. You're still not ready for steroids and they still won't help you get through police academy.

Not trying to be a dick here, just telling you the truth. Also, think of the consequences if you get caught with steroids in your system during police academy. How do you think that would go over?

They don't test for steroids. Can you suggest a supplement that I can take to help with endurance?

Hydrate, eat right, sleep. There are many over the county supps you could take like creatine, protien, and multi-vitamin but trust me, for an academy hydration is going to be the key. Good Luck and probably would be running more than two miles.

Absolutely.

You need to get on a proper diet, proper cardio & workout routine!
Do this for at least a year before even thing of using aas!

Without all of the above aas won't do shit!

It takes reaching your natural potential first (like 3yrs of hard, ass busting work)then think about juicing. And to suggest one take EQ alone is insane! TESTOSTERONE is what everything is based off of and its what one starts and ends with. Throw things like EQ in WITH testosterone when you have done 1-2cycles of just test. PLUS you need 8-16weeks on a substance to benefit. One 10mL vial is like 5weeks worth, and thats about how long EQ would take to build up steam and become effective

I'm a newbie and lookin to use naps for the first time, legit?

Don't hijack another persons thread.

Also, at 3 posts nobody is going to give you any type of source check....it's awfully shady.

In fact, all THREE of your posts has been asking about a source and/or source info. That makes you even more shady.
