Next cycle planning

Planning for my fourth cycle before cycles have been purely test and dbol. Test 500wk dbol first four weeks last two cycles.
Im 25 years old I weight 216 my BF is 11% been working out hard for last two years on and off my whole life.
Bench Max 325
Squat Max 405
Deadlift Max 315 and needs work.

Next cycle looks as follows so far:

Test E _ 600mg ew 1-16
Deca _ 500 mg ew 1-15
D-bol _ 40 mg ed 1-4
hcg _ 600ui ew not too sure how long

PCT includes nolva and clomid

Trying to eat enough is always the biggest problem for me, dont feel like a have the appetite that I want. Any pointers would really be appreciated on fourth cycle but still new as f%*k to the gamem, always more info to take in. Thanks

i dont like nolva for pct with deca
if you cant eat tons switch the deca for EQ thats all you will want to dois eat.

i agree except for the EQ part. Deca is the shit for gaining mass. EQ is weak until you get in the 1g/week range, and why do that when 4-600mg/w of Deca will do even better.

As for eating... start eating. :D You gotta eat in this game. Don't worry, you'll get sick of it on either drug if you're doing it right. Just eat.

Up to you, just my opinion.

I agree Deca is the way to go. I was not impressed with EQ.

If you want to increase you apatite throw some b12 into the mix. 1000mcg EOD... You can pin it SubQ.
 
Thanks guys, yea hopefully with this deca I get more of an appetite. I mean I eat ok but I know that I should be eating a lot more. Like i said my training is on point just need to work on that shoveling in the food part. :chomp::chomp:

I have never ran Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) that low before. Not saying it will not work but I usually run 500 iu 3 x a week.

I use to have a problem of always feeling full but never thought I was eating enough. This changed with I took PureEQ, my appetite shut through the roof and I didnt realize how much I could eat and still stay as lean as I did.
But then heck, the same thing happens when I take GP Tren Ace.

Ill give you an example of an average eating day.

0700: 4 egg white and 2 whole eggs with some oatmeal
1000: 40g protein low cal low carb shake
1230-1300: Tuna wrap or chicken wrap
1500: handful of pork rines or nuts and small shake
1700: Couple chicken breast or steak with some vegetables
2000: after workout - large protein shake
2200: before bed - peanut butter or cottage cheese

1000: 40g protein low cal low carb shake. low carb low cal is for girls and Atkins clients. Add a meal with whole food here. If you can't, at least add some substance to this shake.
1230-1300: Tuna wrap or chicken wrap More rabbit food. How about 8oz chix and 1 cup of brown rice, kidney beans, or a sweet potato
1500: handful of pork rines or nuts and small shake this is all kinds of fucked up. Youneed food guy, not shakes and pork rinds
1700: Couple chicken breast or steak with some vegetables You need carbs before you train IMO
2000: after workout - large protein shakethis should be the only shake you drink IMO. Add some carbs to it also.
2200: before bed - peanut butter or cottage cheesethis isn't a meal. hell its not even a snack. How about some lean red meat with it?

well, therein lies your problem. That diet is light as fuck on good cals. You need to eat more. See my responses in red

And pork rinds dude? Seriously? You know thats air and fat right? lol
 
Agree with RJ, carbs an hour before a workout make my workouts top notch. Usually a 4-5 oz bake potato or half cup of rice with your meat/protein of choice and Im balls to the wall. I just usually keep this meal at about 2/3 the size of my regular meals so I dont puke during my workout. LOL
 
LOL thanks man, :headshot: appreciate the help, a little painful but I got it, eat MORE. I really wanna bulk up on this next one so all this shit sounds good. And you were saying that my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) levels were gunna be too low or should I keep with that?
