Ok... I've read the stickies etc and think that using some chemical help may be a bad idea. Correct me if I am wrong.
I have spine injuries that would be improved by a very strong core. I can't make much headway due too poor recovery times from workouts etc. I used to lift weights and run, but I try to be nice to my discs and don't now. I consider myself muscular and 40 lbs too heavy. Would hgh and possibly an anabolic allow me to rapidly develop core muscles? I currently just work out with a trx trainer and dumbells with some pool time for aerobic.
I am hoping to regain the ability to lift and do what I enjoy. I am 3 years into this and I am still stuck. Dr says I'm good to be active again, but the injury caused some atrophy in core that I haven't regained.
Anyway, my goal is just to get back to being 210lbs of muscle again. Different goal and different application than most I would presume.
Thanks.
Btw...I am over 30
