**NOOB FIRST TIMMER** just got some dbol

before tearing me up left and right(because thats easy to gang up on someone)

let me tell you my story

I am no noob to the weight room, practically lived in there since i was 14.

I played football my whole life, raised around the sport made it my life. In HS i was supposed to have the classic story where i go to D1 ball and get a full scholarship.

Well my senior year i got hurt bad(need multiple surgeries in same knee) and there went every scout that ever looked at me and ALL my offers got pulled. I finally recovered around September and thanks to me sticking around during the summer practice getting better mentally while not participating the coach at a local community college let me gear up in September..

Well after 3 games i got a freak injury on my arm. Was out untill late December. Finally starting to get back into weight room and running.

Problem is since i missed so much time with injury 1 and 2 it set me WAY back and spring practice is only 2 months away and im supposed to have the biggest season of my life as a last ditch effort to get picked up by a D1 school.

If that doesnt happen basically my life is wasted. All those summers where i could of gone to beach trips with my friends or to other fun things that i instead worked my ass off on the hot field(play and train on turf in southern cali) for nothing....

and right now im now where near where i was going into my Senior Year im far behind. im busting my ass hard right now in the weight room, i pulled so many muscles so far from over training(ya i know stupid)

this just seems to me as a last effort because right now theres no way im gona be ready in 2 months to compete

and yes i diet very good, very high protein diets, eat a lot of vegetables and suck v8 down like its water and drink about 1 gallon of water a day

No one is "ganging up" on you. I applaud your efforts to excel in football! If your experiencing that many injuries though dbol is not a good idea. I dont even care if you were an all state bodybuilder by the time you reached 16 years old. The fact is you are way to young and your hormones have not balanced out. Your not even done growing. You can gain so much strength just of your high levels of natural test and eating....there is nothing your going to be able to say to get me to help you destroy the rest of your life...especially since you dont even care about the proper way of doing things. Dbol is not some magic pill thats gonna get you back in the game.

This is what you do....go to the diet forum and create a post or pm 3J and explain your situation to him. He knows his shit and will get you on a path where you will notice significant gains by eating. Put it this way...I look at food like it is another steroid all by itself. Ive made massive gains just by food alone and anyone on this forum would agree that diet is the most important. Its not all about what you do inside the gym...its mainly what you do outside i.e. eating and sleeping. Im not trying to hold you back from your dreams but I am trying to protect you from doing damage to your system that you will regret later in life wether you make it as a football player or not.
 
People on this site love to help others and thats why its such a great site to be a part of...I owe alot of my knowlege and gains to these guys for showing me whats right and wrong. I just had to listen

ok i will check out this diet section..but is there anything i can take extra besides food thats not a steroid but kicks whey protien and creatine in the ass(dont ask but i hate creatine, yes i taken it before for 3 years) or is that talking crazy?

Dude, did you come here for honest advice or to keep pushing until you get the answer you want to hear? Most of the people that have been doing this for a while know what the hell they are talking about and aren't telling you this shit for the hell of it. It's because it's factual and you are playing with fire if you start taking AAS too early. I don't care if you take a little or a lot, you're still f*cking with your hormones and you totally don't need to at this age. Do you realize that you have enough test floating around in your system right now to make all of the gains you want if you eat right and train right. Us guys in our late 30's and early 40's need to supplement because our natural test production declines. You just aren't listening to anyone because you want to do what you want to do. I was a teenager once and I know what it's like to think you know it all and do what you want to do but this isn't a joke my friend.....this is serious business and you need to treat it as such. If you aren't going to listen to the advice telling you to wait, I'm not going to have your blood on my hands by giving in and saying go ahead. You'll have to look elsewhere for that. Best of luck and I hope you seriously reconsider before you hurt yourself.

There is no magic pill...no magic shot...its hard work and alot of discipline. I wouldnt even suggest protien shakes...food food food! Please just wait...in the future you will look back on your experience here on ology and be thankful that people cared about a stranger.

look man .. you can tel a person 1 milion times dont do it.. but i know and you know and every body alls here knows that he is going to take it.. other wise he would not be here,, take so much mental punishment and still be standing on his feet keeping asking.. i stay say to him dont..
but still no body should deny him the right info ..
now.. dbol is not kryptonite .. !the dose.. between 4 to 6 pils is not much and am saying to the guy ... you get side effects.. stop .. very easy..
tell your openion.. dont take it.. but dont deny info couse thats not gona stop ppl from taking something when they have decided..

well honestly protien shakes etc..are not bad. i would say 90% of HS athletes take them and sometimes even the coaches and their like food themselves.

Hahaha Im not saying they are bad...shit I use them but only when I cant eat. Food by far beats out a shake...if I could I would go with no protien shakes and just eat.

ok this makes me laugh. I am going to touch on this a little. First of all from your post a while back your advice on how to take it is junk. Second I am not going to be responsible for the kids hormones getting all fucked up. You can go ahead with your messed up logic of "if hes gonna do it hes gonna do it" instead of being a person that cares about someones life. Wouldnt you agree to teach him the proper way of doing things instead of just saying heres fire go play with it? If he is going to do it then fine...he can do it without my help...he needs to research it to a tee and when he does that he will learn all there is to learn with out a guy telling him some bullshit advice...right now I would like to say that your ethics on aas are completely fucked bro

i eat shit everyday amd my mom cant cook so frozen foods is my BFF

the only good thing i eat is i eat sauseges and chicken breasts in sanwtich slices to "eat healthy"

and i drink v8

admitting it is the first step! It is hard to get your diet under control theres no doubt about that but once you do I can garantee you a big fukin smile on your face! Keep us posted on your advances...shit you can pm me if you want...I like to hear rewarding stories :)
 
cobra ... dbol is not rocket science!! the ideal whay is a dose every 4 hours.. every body knows that ... some ppl .. do 2 dose a day.. but the majority do 3 times a day .. there was nothing wroung with my advice. 3 times a day becouse of the substence nature..
the rest.. its a difference of opinion..

you have a better advice on how to take dbol.. go a head.. you got even me intrested becouse i started 91.. and am prettu sure about what am saying

I do...Im running it right now and thats not how Im dosing myself...not to mention that you give no specifics on how much to take or a post cycle therapy (pct) or you fail to mention that oral only is a bad idea...thats why I say your advice is junk...if your gonna give it then give it properly...Im not going to lay out my cycle for this kid to think he can run his the same way...and it is rocket science to someone who knows nothing about it!

My whole point is to not give advice to a kid. Now im sure alot of people do anyway but thats on them not me...to me its ethically and morally wrong to help someone fuck themselves up.

a lot of them take a oral steroid called halostiene or some shit like that

i know because i have friends in the NFL and college in both d1 and d2 from all parts of the country and they all told me the same thing..halostene...and some of those are the same dudes that been taking different steroids since they were 15/16(the ones i was talking about) and im not talking about 2 or 3 people per team im talking more than half the team. and most college coaches know it thats why all you do is sign the drug screeching form to join the team but the coaches will NEVER test you unless NCAA requires it personally and most of them will fail in such cases

so chances are if you watch college football your favorite athlete is on it

Dude, your talking out your ass right now. Just because someone else does something stupid, you say "well he did it so I am ok to do it too".....totally stupid. You are making a huge mistake just like all these other guys you claim are doing it at an early age. You only see them in their current state.....wait a few years when they're no longer an athlete and their body is f#cked up. You obviously aren't going to listen....I can see that plain as day. I'm not going to condone anything you do at this point. If you think this is as simple as popping some pill and there won't be any consequences, you are sadly mistaken. I got nothing else to say to you.
 
I dont care if they are on...and I can promise you that none of the major sports guys are using dbol...they are using shit that is hard to detect if at all detectable. If you want to use it then do some research...im not talking a 10 minute search, im talking spend some hours researching side effects...aas and youth...all types of shit before you make your decision...I dont even want to point out your chances at making it to the nfl but keep working hard and never quit. Just because paul jumped off a bridge with 20 of his buddies doesnt mean you have to follow because those were the only friends you had....
