**NOOB FIRST TIMMER** just got some dbol

im not gona lie i dont know any of those terms you told me

however the guy who got them for me did say to take a 1 week break for every 3 weeks of taking them


and im not taking just Dbol im on some cytogainer and other days on some old fashioned whey protein

I done 2 dbol only cycles, first one when I was 21, it was great for the first few weeks. I put on weight and got strong, then I came off them and lost everything including motivation to train. second time I done it I thought I had done something wrong - fixed my diet, trained even harder and only got to keep about 10% of the weight i gained - and thats not enough.

Everyone is telling you not to go for a dbol only cycle - most people started on that cycle and know its rubbish. They don't want to see you waste ur money.

growth plates are important, if you train and eat hard you can grow like your on roids already. Since ur at an age where ur natural test is at its highest.

look for an article called eat to grow and you can have an idea of what you need to do, eating 3 or 4 meals a day wont cut it and protein shakes are not miricle shakes. If you really wanna gain don't use whey go for an all in one like anabolic muscle fuel (love it) or a weight gainer (these have crazy names like mutant mass, serious mass or somesort of mass)

Hope that helps - and btw once you go on gear you never get the natural gains u used to. To get any decent gains you'll have to keep using, and orals are bad for u. u'll start jabbing and it can be very adictive. And if you decide to go against everyones recomendations then make sure you take 1 or 2 in the morning only when you wake up, and no longer than 4-6 weeks, keeping an eye on the colour of ur eye ( if it goes yellow) you need to stop.

some of this is ok advice like the dieting stuff which is very generalized...but all the rest is bullshit...1 or 2 in the morning? What is one or two? Does the kid have 10mg 20mg or 50mg...And I could give a shit about the kids money...waste it...its health that is the most important and thats what is truly being wasted here. I just got done ripping ass about bad advice...fuk its one person after the next on this dam thread :bash:
 
How are you just gonna give this kid some bullshit information? If your gonna tell him how to do it then at least tell him the proper way so he doesnt completely fuck himself...IMO after reading your advice I question if you even know whats going on....People need to start to give a shit

Another scrawny teen that is looking for a short cut.I know a 20 year old kid that can out bench and squat 99% of grown men right now.

This may be hard for you to believe but the gym he lifts at is full of men that are juicers and none of them will let him use because they care about him and his health.He is going to wait till he's at least 23 before he does anything because it isn't worth ruining his body for life to hit a number.

you have got the stuff now.. and you know what you want.. remember.. some guys i know started with steroids very early at .. 17.. 18 .. and they did god.. but thouse guys had started heavy lifting by the age of 15.. 16.. guys who did sport all there lifes! are you one of them?
i advise you to do train and build the base first then move up..
any whay.. ppl uselly start with 1 week 4 pils,, then 1 week 5 pils,, then 4 weeks 6 pils.. then down to 5 a day for a week then 4 again like you started.. try to do like 3 times a day.. 3 houres between.. if need more detailed help in how to devide your daily intake ask.. .. and dont forget prignil.. nolvadex or armidex.. drink allot of water.. train 5 times a week to get the maximum out of the pils.. take your protein and gainers..if you feel high blood presure stop.. if you feal depressed or agressive stop .. if you feal pain in your kidnys drink more water and stop.. and read,, read read

im telling you...this thread is scary. I dont know about anyone else but I sure as hell do not answer questions about anything unless I am 200% sure I know what I am talking about. It scares me to know that all this bad advice just keeps coming and coming and coming. No wonder there are so many fuked up people out there...the people that dont do it correctly and dont respect it are the ones that give aas a bad name....i.1.e. kids!
 
ok im still lost i been searching for a while and all the dbol threads are just like this where its other people telling them to use search feature or wrong section...

isnt there 1 legit thread that explains it?

and im only taking dbol untill Aprill when spring practice starts
Don't shoot yourself in the foot..Concentrate on a sound diet with lots of protein. If you want to do supps of any kind it should be protein, Bcaa's, creatine and maybe NO.

sorry sweets, i don't mean to poke fun... i understand that you came here for advice.... you are young and looking for quick gains.... but unless you wanna be one of these experienced old timers giving the same advice, you should heed theirs... some more research would be granted.... and perhaps a better question would be to post your stats, goals and current diet, then ask what a good first cycle would be...

hope this helps... and remember most of these guys say this cuz they do care and don't wanna see another ones potential be destroyed...

i was thinking 10 mg a day then week 2 15 and keep moving up 5 untill im done with 4 weeks and stop.

and i did do some research and i see i need to take stuff after for post cycle therapy (pct)

now as far as post cycle therapy (pct) goes does that do damage as well or nah..?

Well I can assure you that you have not done enough research after reading that. Patience bro patience. You are completely avoiding all the diet advice which is the foundation to anything. If you eat properly (you can go to the diet forum instead of the anabolic forum) and they will set you up with a very good diet. You have no idea what food can actually do for you. Eating right can make your body anabolic all by itself. You need to wait for a couple years before you take any type of steroids. Dont be one of those idiots that jump in a pool head first and then look to see if there is water in it.

let me tell you my story

I am no noob to the weight room, practically lived in there since i was 14.

I played football my whole life, raised around the sport made it my life. In HS i was supposed to have the classic story where i go to D1 ball and get a full scholarship.

Well my senior year i got hurt bad(need multiple surgeries in same knee) and there went every scout that ever looked at me and ALL my offers got pulled. I finally recovered around September and thanks to me sticking around during the summer practice getting better mentally while not participating the coach at a local community college let me gear up in September..

Well after 3 games i got a freak injury on my arm. Was out untill late December. Finally starting to get back into weight room and running.

Problem is since i missed so much time with injury 1 and 2 it set me WAY back and spring practice is only 2 months away and im supposed to have the biggest season of my life as a last ditch effort to get picked up by a D1 school.

If that doesnt happen basically my life is wasted. All those summers where i could of gone to beach trips with my friends or to other fun things that i instead worked my ass off on the hot field(play and train on turf in southern cali) for nothing....

and right now im now where near where i was going into my Senior Year im far behind. im busting my ass hard right now in the weight room, i pulled so many muscles so far from over training(ya i know stupid)

this just seems to me as a last effort because right now theres no way im gona be ready in 2 months to compete

and yes i diet very good, very high protein diets, eat a lot of vegetables and suck v8 down like its water and drink about 1 gallon of water a day
