Noob Getting started.

Hey all, I'm new to all of this, and was wondering how to go about a first time cycle. I'm 25yo. 5'10. Weigh in at 150lbs. BF of 11%. Training for 3 Years now. Eat very healthy, Won't have to change diet or anything. But "looking outside the box" for some new opinions on a first cycle.

I want to do a half year of HGH starting at 2 IU's ED M-F Weekends off Working up .5 IU's until I hit my 4IU's M-F.

On top of that:

50 Mg, Anadrol/ED 1-4 Weeks.
BD Test 400, 400Mg/w 1-12 Weeks.
BD Tri-Tren 150, 400Mg/w 1-12 Weeks.
Arimidex, .5 Mg/ED 1-12 Weeks.

Input would be wonderful.
 
5'10" and 150lbs, "Eat very healthy, Won't have to change diet or anything". You do not need steroids. You need to eat. Fuck it, I'm going back to work.

Yes, you will need to change your diet. You are jumping in way over your head right now. Get your diet and training in check first and then come back to AAS. You can defiitely get some more out of your natural genetics before using gear. It would be a waste at this point for you. If you are maintaining 150 lbs at 5'10", there's definitely something wrong with your diet.
 
Stop that thought brother. You have this all wrong. You do not need gh. You do not need tren. Actually tren is the worst of what you are trying to do. You are a pretty light guy. The best advice is to go to the diet forum and have them help you out. You could gain a lot without all these compounds.

If you are not gaining weight now on your own you won't gain much on gear. Food is the main component to this and you have to eat enough to maintain body weight. I know this is not what you want to hear but it's a simple equation that you increase daily caloric intake until you start to gain weight

The problem is, if you use AAS, and are not eating enough, you will loose all of it as soon as you stop using. Then you have picked compounds that are not good for a first cycle. Test is the only thing that should be used to start.

Also when using AAS your strength increases rapidly and if you don't have the proper base, your tendons won't keep up with the strength gains which will lead to injury. There are many people here willing to help you but you need to take our advice and we can get you moving in the right direction.
 
Thanks for the input everyone, My diet is seems to fit, I eat about 4000 calories a day, high protein, mid carbs, low fat. Been doing that for a year now. I went up to 4500 for three months.. gained a pound. Thats about all though. I've gone to a few nutritionists and they have no options for me. I eat like I'm 200 pounds. Hmpf.
 
I know some of the bigger guys on here are talking about 8000cal/day when they are bulking. Maybe that's what you need? Remember, it won't really matter where the calories are coming from, just that you get enough. I sincerely hope you try adjusting your diet before resorting to AAS. I think you will be very surprised by what the right amount of food will do for you. Good luck.
 
Yea you have to add way more calories bud. Your like me. I eat about 5500 calories just to maintain my weight and 7 to 8000 to gain. It sucks but if u want to gain u will eat that much. And where the fuck did u get the idea of that cycle? At 150 lbs u don't need any cycle let alone all that garbage. If your set on doing a cycle run some test for 14 weeks. Keep that other shit for when your heavier and more experienced and when u taught yourself how to eat correctly.
 
Yeah, I'll just have to eat a tonne, and whatnot. No problem there. Note taken, I'll just save the other stuff for later. I'm in no hurry. Just bored, did a 45 day shift. Looking for something to excite me, thats all.

test only if your going to do it anyway. maybe test cyp 250 1ml/cc twice a week sun/wed or something similar. it will do NO GOOD if your not eating / training right. you will end up shutting down your natural test and loosing all gains. get your diet / training right FIRST! if not you will be wasting your time money and energy...
 
yeah bro, try and put on as much weight naturally as you can. at 5 ft 10 in you should be able to reach 200lb. make take a while but tone that diet and lifting program in..read and study alot, on this site....take your time. read the sticky on am i ready for gear....then possibly try a test only cycle. starting out you only want to introduce one compound per cycle to your body. this way you will understand exactly how you react to each compound introduced. hang in there and stick around this site can help more than you can imagine.......
 
Haha, Thats where things just don't work out for me, I've only fluxed in weight by 5 pounds since I was 13. I've gotten bigger, but still weighed the same, Ive went up two jean sizes and only had a two pound difference, oddly enough. And I'll be sticking around, feeding the brain. Thanks.

thats cool...understanding what your saying...and glad your so open minded to discuss!!! check out what 3j has to say in the diet forum. how old are you again....at the right age with proper diet i am not agianst someone doing a lil test...i will get shot for saying that but some have a hard time putting on weight...
 
I hear ya rocko. Not everyone is the same and some people can eat a ton and not really gain. Just go to diet forum first and list your whole diet. I know at one time I though I was eating 3500 to 4000 cals and found out it was 2500. I couldn't believe it. I was trying to eat too clean and seemed like a lot of food but not enough calories.

Well, if I'm going to get into the gear and being a noob and all.. I have to be open minded to get the proper responses to justify the right time and procedure to get things done. One step at a time. As for age, 25. And I'll be posting there sometime in the near future. As for the tough weight gain, I fit in that dept. quite well. lol. I work Oil and Gas, and ate fast food outta town for two years, everyday. Didn't even gain a pound. Figured I'd at least get fat. Nope.
 
Yeah listen to the guys on this site. They definitely know what they're talking about. I joined just a couple months ago and have gained so much knowledge. I'm 28 5'11" 200lbs been training for 7 years and am just now looking into AAS. I just started my very first cycle not too long ago. I'm only running Test-E at 500mg/week.

I would say eat a shit load!!!! At 5'10" I feel you are very capable of reaching 200lbs naturally. If you were going to start a cycle from all the researching I've done a test only first cycle is the way to go. It is nice to see someone on here that seems to actually listen instead of being stubborn to good advice. Good luck!
