Carb macros well and truly met already today brother.... overdoing the carbs is the last thing I need to do right now....

If it's a choice out of dropping some cardio or dropping some carbs - the carbs lose everytime!

Is it wrong that I'm already ordering all the shit food for after my show!!??

I actually had the same thought last night as I was sitting there at about the same time you are right now and thought, shit, its Friday and Im doing this, lol.

Hey, I haven't had a good was jumping from Ben n a while now. Kinda miss him slapping me straight!! Lolol
 
The training program he is on does need work but I still want to see a breakdown of macros and see if it does equate 4000 calories. And even if it is, Id venture to say that's too many for him.

How did I miss this... Valid point...

I ponder how many of those cals are liquid... cals you be slowly increased not just pounded on to soon, or drank in place of meals! (there exceptions for shakes, this we know)

I'm still waiting on that brake down from the OP
 
Sorry guys I have been really busy!

I take 12.5mg Aromasin eod. And to people saying my routine is not enough.. I mean you would still think i'd be gaining regardless.. it takes almost two hours to complete the workout regardless of it being 3 days a week. Mainly because the 5 minutes rests in between the big lifts but still. The routine hits body parts multiple times during those 3 days.

I seriously don't understand why i'm not gaining. I KNOW i'm eating enough because it's clear as day I've put on fat but i'm not gaining any noticeable muscle mass at all... 9 weeks in I should have probably gained close to if not more than 20 pounds total. I don't have know what my estrogen levels are at because the place charges 400.00 to check (stupid I know) But i'm not experiencing any real symptoms of high estrogen.. and even if I was it still wouldn't hinder me from gaining muscle mass.. not to this extent at least.

I did just read this and I DO drink a gallon of skim milk a day as part of my diet.. but regardless that's 130 grams of protein and a little under 1,400 calories I believe.. with some carbs.. probably not good carbs but carbs.
 
Maybe you just haven't found your sweet spot when it comes to your training. it took me a nice few years to find out what works for me. If you don't already know your body and what works for you in the gym drugs wont help as much, need a foundation first brotha. goodluck with the rest of your cycle tho.
