1ml of each in glute and you be good to go. jes do one shot, 2ml total. i like glute for first time shots to test discomfort. the eq will lessen the discomnfort of the test if you gonna have any. not uncommon for me to go up to 6ml injects in glutes. 3ml for delts and pecs
