Novedex xt good or bad

Ive done alot of research on this product and overall ive seen and heard good reviews. I know i am only 19 but i want to know if this product is worth taking after a halodrol cycle or stand alone..And i do want to clarify that i am not the typical 18 or 19 year old that is 160 pounds and just got into weightlifting recently..i just want to know if at my age is is ok to take this product..why or why not? thanks for any help

I have been training for the past 5 years and feel i have reached a plateau right now..the reason why i want to go with halodrol is because of the main ingredient (Arachidonic Acid) which is not nearly as bad as the metly 1-test ph's out there. basically my theory was i know it isnt near as potent as the original halodrol-50 but i will see some more results to put me past my plateau. I just want to know if the novedex would be a good for a pct. I know people say that taking these at a young age can fuck you up, but i really do believe it depends on the person. Im not the scrawny highschool kid looking to get jacked and has never done any research or even heard of a pct(like many kids my age trying this stuff) i do extensive research on anything before i even think about putting it in my body.....that a good stat/background info lol..thanks for the reply..any further opinions?
 
Grambo i also wanted to say that i respect your post..im not gonna be the kid to say "shut the fuck up i know what im doing" its people who have experience and knowledge like you, that are the reasons why i come to this site for opinions

but while i have someone replying to a thread, what is your take on epistane. I was thinking of running it as a standalone cycle when i get home in about a month for offseason training....ive been researching it for the past 3 months and it seems like it will give me the results i want but isnt nearly as bad as the methy 1-test ph's. your take?
 
seeing i am already 210lbs i mainly looking at epistane because of the strength gains i will gain from it. and i wouldnt mind putting on 7-10lbs of lean muscle and from everyone who's taken it..they say thats exactly what they got.

My diet will be very high in protein becasue im concentrating on the strength/muscle aspect and not so much of gaining weigth. I plan on cutting out fat pretty much all together, keeping my sugar to a very minimum(only natural like vegetables and fruit sugars) and eating more fiber, with a meal plan of about 5-7 MEALS a day lol, with snacks in between(beef jerky, yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, fruit, etc..)

My training is pretty much intense as hell lol..i work every body part out usually taking a 5-6 day a week workout schedule with leg work thrown in about 3 days a week because of my sport.

Id run epistane as follow...
20/30/40/40/40- open of opinions though
-ai's cycle support while on epistane and pre-load it 1 week before cycle starts

PCT
Weeks 1 - 2

POST Cycle Support 2 capsules in AM, 2 Capsules in PM with or without food.

Cycle Support 1 scoop per day

I3C (Indole-3-Carbinol) 200 mg 3 times per day

Weeks 3 - 4

POST Cycle Support 2 Capsules in AM, 2 Capsules in PM.

I3C (Indole-3-Carbinol) 200mg 3 times per day..once again open to any opinion and advice
 
Thanks ill definately look into that..so are you saying that if i go with the CEL pct then i could just run that instead of the pc support and i3c??

And i planned on taking in the omega-3 and fish oils which are really good fats..i mean more of the dairy and sugar fats..is that right? or still should stick with them
 
id suggest not doing this until your 21 no matter how experienced you are or how impressive your stats may be. you can fuck yourself up even if you arent a 160lb dude.

it is good that you are doing research and for the most part it looks pretty good. there is no need to run the cycle assist during pct, that is for cycle only and pct is for pct. for an epi cycle all you would need for pct would be an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), test booster, and maybe something for cortisol such as AX Lean FX. you could also add in such things as creatine, bcaas, glutamine, beta alanine, etc. to your post cycle. i wouldnt run these on cycle because you wouldnt need them.

stick to a good diet and training and stay away from the hormones.
 
i took a look at the pc assist by CEL and if i do go with the epistane cycle thats what i would use..definately looks solid and has everything i need

by sugar fats i meant trans and saturated fats..what i wanted to say and the way my fingers typed it was weird sorry lol..just cause those are very high in the snack foods(well the bad ones haha) so if i wanted to maybe add 5lbs while on this epistane cycle do you have any ideas of what i could do..or do you think the epistane would be more than enough as a standalone
 
what do you think about prime by usp labs?? i dont need any extra or prolonged pct and it will give me added strenght gains along with muscle gains?
 
I3C is terrible PCT. and arachidonic acid, has terrible reviews from non sponsored posters. You can just eat lots of red meat and you will get way more arachidonic acid than any supplement will provide.

Epistane is kind an unknown quantity, it does have relatively strong CNS effects. But its a di-methyl which tends to make it a promiscuos ligand. the science they use to supports its effects is based on the non-methyl version. Now ask people if methyltest and test are the same, or if boldenone and dianabol are the same. same base molecule, methylation most assuredly changes things.


Clomid is good PCT. There really is no effective OTC pct. Some may HELP with recovery, if you are not suppressed. Though many of them are so poorly formulated as to cause issues.

btw I3C is an anti-androgen and estrogen. anyone who had looked at the research on the compound would never have put it in a recovery formula. Once again just like the morons that pushed guggulsterones, this supplement is not suitable for the use claimed.

Post cycle support is JUNK and even it were not, most of the ingredients are geared toward preventative liver health. So you would want to use it on cycle. (now have not looked at the ingredients in a while, but that was thier breakdown a while ago)
