seeing i am already 210lbs i mainly looking at epistane because of the strength gains i will gain from it. and i wouldnt mind putting on 7-10lbs of lean muscle and from everyone who's taken it..they say thats exactly what they got.
My diet will be very high in protein becasue im concentrating on the strength/muscle aspect and not so much of gaining weigth. I plan on cutting out fat pretty much all together, keeping my sugar to a very minimum(only natural like vegetables and fruit sugars) and eating more fiber, with a meal plan of about 5-7 MEALS a day lol, with snacks in between(beef jerky, yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, fruit, etc..)
My training is pretty much intense as hell lol..i work every body part out usually taking a 5-6 day a week workout schedule with leg work thrown in about 3 days a week because of my sport.
Id run epistane as follow...
