Here is my post from Rocco's Durabolin thread..
Durabolin is NPP or Nandrolone Phenylpropinate (originally manuf by Organon) and is shorter acting then normal Deca which is why alot of women choose Durabolin over Deca..
Durabolin will only stay active a few days so controlling sides are easier than with Deca which like Miss Muscle mentioned stays in the system for quite awhile (3-4 weeks) making sides harder to control.. Although deca sides from low dosages are pretty scarce, a faster acting ester like with Durabolin is a better choice.
Nandrolone in both esters has also been known to elevate progesterone levels, so that may cause side effects in women, especially women that use a birth control that is progesterone based.. I am not sure of the full effects..
Dosages are pretty much the same as deca... Some women will do 1 shot a week of 50mg.. Other women will break it up to 25mg E4D..
I guess it depends on the amps you get.. I remember that Durabolin used to come in 25mg amps and 50mgs but I am not sure how it is supplied today. If you can even find it..
NPP for women can be very effective with minimal sides..
IMO, it is not nearly as harsh as winstrol and with low doses can have great results..
People hear the word nandrolone and panic however it is the esters that make all the difference! NPP is fast acting and if sides occur, they are easy to control and stop.. unlike regular deca which is long acting and difficult to regulate..
Like I tell all women.. Start smart! Start low!
If it is your first NPP cycle, I would start at 25mgs a week and work your way up to 50.. Depending on your personal preference on administration, you can split the shots to E4D or 1x a week..
Good luck
