Odd reaction in delt after shot.

Been rotating delts for twice weekly 250mg Test E shots. 6 weeks in, 39yo 15%BF. 4 days ago after right delt shot a hard lump formed. No fever not very sore, shits clean and gf is a nurse doin my shots so it aint an abscess. Used 23g pin, went in 20 mm. I read these go away in bout a week or so, thing is.. This lump began near top of delt and now 4 days later, it is at the bottom border just above the bicep. Kinda like gravity has pulled it down. Hasnt shrunk much in that time either. Dont think is between the muscle and fat because i cant shape it, its pretty hard, wtf? My gf dunno either, lol.

Any ideas?

No, its not infected otherwise I'd be in a lot of pain. Its going down now, half size after 6 days. All my shots are clean so was probably sth like a sterile abscess. Just started antibiotics to see if it speeds things up. The strange thing was how it 'slid' down in position on my shoulder..

So, no worries guys. Back on track.

I would recommend you go see a doctor and if its infected throw away your gear. And if its a abscess start rotating spots and using glutes and quads to. I try to put at least 7 days in between every injection in one spot.

Infected = abscess. Good point about rotation, but it was once a week already. Just finished chest and biceps because i believe in spot injections. Surprisingly the enth/prop mix didn't hurt my chest, but it put my bi's out of action for 2 days.. Ouch! Btw: As of today that lump is barely noticeable now.

To simply call it an abscess one implies it's infected imo.
Not having a go at ya mate, just couldn't understand the way u wrote it. Appreciate the input!
