Ok, fuck it, gonna do the DC routine. some questions.

JohnyDeadlift, if you get serious about the program and you have the time and $$$ give DC or In-Human a shout and see about some one-on-one training.

Once this fall hits, I think that is going to be my new investment for myself. Some one-on-one DC training. I've finally setteled into the new city and the new job and it's time!!!

i will start a journal as soon as i got some lifts under my belt.

How much is it for the one on one training?
i tell you now, my biggest problem with this is gonna be the eating. i am not a big eater at all.

Think about protein.... Shoot for 2g/lb at the least.

Your body will get used to the increased amount of food. Give it a week or two and you will be surprised how often you need to eat.
