Ok I have a Issue ideas welcome

jjtattoofreak

You've woken up the Demon
I am having killer pain in my hips and lower back, when I deadlift, squat or do stiff leg deadlifts. The pain is quite paralyzing, like my fucking hips dont wnat to move... I have to lay down and let the pain go away in between sets... issue is I feel like this will hamper my workouts on these days... I am no longer on d bol so it aint that. What could it be and what can I do to substitute these workouts and not hamper gains... I mean fuck this shit is rediculous. And it is lower back into my hips if I do the so called feet together stretches knees bent in the sitting position ,it makes my hips feel better. Anty ideas I would appriciate. Thanks.

tendonitis around sacro-lliac joint

massage with ointment of brufen or idrocilamide

Ok i found the brufen did nt know that was called Ibuprofen... good to know I ll have to try it, wht about some ben gay (not funny) ..lol

So dude....I'm pretty sure both you and I have the same problem(i.e. it's difficult as fuck to explain to anyone lol, and the best I can do is to tell them that I can feel the pain achily go away when I lie down). I went and got a deep tissue massage, she told me that theres a muslce that attachs to several of your lower vertabrae than then run through your lower mid section and connect right on the outside of your abdonminal wall. Maybe this explantion will help more; alright so say your really cut up, and you can see the seperation between yours abs right and inside of your quads. Literally where you see that seperation is where the muscle attachs. For me she just stuck her finger into the areas as much as possible, she told me it was a difficult place to stretch and that one of the only things I could do for it was to let one leg at a time hang off a bed/table. Like lie completly down and put your entire leg off the table and let it chill there for awile. I used to have back pain from squats and deadlifts aswell, literally it wasn't until TODAY that I started using a weight belt. HOLY SHIT what a huge difference bro, maybe you could give that a shot, worked like a fucking charm for me bro. Nailed the shit out of some lifts I don't typically do. Now I'm gonna really start fuckin up those deads man! I'm syched! Keep me posted on it's progession dude. Oh and of course I got the happy ending!

I had sciatica a few months back and it sounds kind of similiar to what your having. But I'm definitely no expert...

I stretched all the time and some mornings I had to literally roll out of bed onto the floor and crawl to the bathroom sink in order to pull myself upright. Couldn't walk upright for more than 10-15 ft before I had to bend over to get releife from the pain.

Went to Dr. & he just gave me drugs....

Finally went to a Chiropractor and after 3 weeks the pain was gone!

Was she referring to the Psoasis (sp?)?

Yeah I always use a weight belt always... I dunno I ll try that and I am gonna try some of Kane and Scarz advice and see if that helps. I mean as soon as I am done with the workout and sit for a bit, wallla the pain is gone... But I ll also try the table thing... I just dont want to hurt my gains or self, and the pain is so annoying that I can barley bend down and pick up a 5 lb plate after workin out. and if I try to walk my hips tighten up like fuck and I can barley walk.. I ll see what happens if that dont work I ma gonna go get my shit adjusted by one of them fancy chiropractionaires.. LOL

Yep i second that

stretching and daily or weekly massage (for us poor people) will greatly help any body discomfort. The idea here is the nerves all over your body become out of communication with the rest of the body. Hence why an injury heals better and faster when "touched" by another person compared to , "just leaving it alone".

same thing happens to me on cycle. the weight gain puts immense stress on my low back. i typically have to pull back on my diet on drop a couple lbs to counter the weight gain due to drugs. it definitely helps. and hip stretches as well as mild cardio help greatly as well.

If it Is a numbing feeling you could be pinching a nerve in your back or glutes.

YES! thats it bro, I'm glad someone understood my explanation lol.

It's the PSOAS that she said it giving me my trouble. The weight belt helped me a shit load bro. I mean I still had to walk over and rest it out a couple times, but before it would just be so uncomfortable at times that I literally couldn't tell if it was just the annoying pain or if I was legit going to hurt my back.

Thanks guys, I am gonna try some of this stuff, D tone my wife is happy cause she said maybe its casue your gained 15 pounds so fast and your body aint used to it.. But all good points... I ll see what happens... Thanks

your wife is a very smart woman...i swear its the case. i never have back issues until i hop on a bulker, then its constant everyday. drop the weight, and the problem will dissipate.

Fuck I dont want to loose weight....lmao..... So basically if it is the weight I can never weigh over 170 ? That would suck ass..... Can the chiropractor pop it, I mean as a kid I used to see one for my shoulder issue ?? Just wondering cause thats sort of a wrench in my dammn spokes ..............

wow ure getting solid advise form bros here.

stop doing dead lifts and other strenuous back exercises for about 2 weeks. take 4-5 days off from the gym. 3 times a day massage ure back with an ointment like ben gay (the new version), hot baths, and morning stretches. try not to sleep on the mattress for a week, hit the floor bud. i've been in ure shoes one too many times - wutever its called, u need to rest and treat it.
